Key Responsibilities:

1. IPO Execution & Coordination:

- Coordinate with merchant bankers, legal advisors, auditors, and registrars for timely completion of IPO milestones.

- Liaise with statutory auditors for audit of restated financials and ensure timely sign-offs and audit trail documentation.

- Support management in preparation and review of Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP), RHP, and final prospectus.

2 . Index Eligibility & Post-Listing Compliance:

- Analyze company's eligibility and readiness for inclusion in key market indices (NIFTY, BSE, sectoral indices, etc.) post-listing.

- Track float-adjusted market capitalization, liquidity parameters, and free float requirements for index inclusion.

3. Financial & Regulatory Coordination

- Work with auditors to ensure compliance with Ind AS, Companies Act, SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, and other statutory requirements.

- Coordinate financial due diligence and support responses to queries from SEBI, exchanges, and regulators.

- Prepare board and audit committee updates on IPO progress, audit status, and regulatory clearances.
