We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5 - 8 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in Statutory Audit. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in statutory audit assignments and a good understanding of applicable accounting and auditing standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute statutory audit assignments for clients across various industries.

- Manage audit engagements from planning and risk assessment through fieldwork, completion, and reporting.

- Review financial statements and assess compliance with applicable accounting standards and statutory requirements.

- Perform audit procedures covering revenue, expenses, assets, liabilities, provisions, related parties, and other key financial areas.

- Identify financial reporting risks, control gaps, and audit issues and recommend appropriate corrective actions.

- Review audit working papers and ensure that audit documentation meets required quality and professional standards.

- Coordinate with client finance teams and other stakeholders to obtain required information and resolve audit queries.

- Prepare and review audit reports, management letters, observations, and other statutory audit deliverables.

- Ensure timely completion of assignments while maintaining audit quality and compliance with applicable auditing standards.

- Guide and review the work of junior team members and audit associates.

- Assist in handling complex accounting and auditing matters and provide appropriate technical inputs to clients.

- Maintain effective client relationships and communicate audit findings and recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 5 - 8 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in Statutory Audit.

- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.

- Strong hands-on experience in statutory audit and financial statement audits.

- Good understanding of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), Companies Act, and applicable auditing standards.

- Experience in audit planning, risk assessment, audit execution, reporting, and review.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

- Good communication and client/stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to independently manage audit assignments and effectively lead junior team members.
