Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the planning, execution, and completion of statutory audits as per Indian GAAP and relevant auditing standards.

- Understand the clients business and assess areas of significant risk.

- Perform test of controls and substantive testing under the guidance of seniors/managers.

- Prepare audit documentation, working papers, and financial statements.

- Ensure compliance with accounting and auditing standards and regulatory requirements (Companies Act, ICAI guidelines, etc.).

- Coordinate with clients to obtain necessary documentation and clarifications.

- Work on audit tools and contribute to process improvements.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth audit execution.
