Key Responsibilities:
- Execute comprehensive statutory audits for large-scale corporate clients to ensure strict adherence to regulatory standards and internal controls.
- Analyze complex financial statements and disclosures to verify accuracy and compliance with IFRS and GAAP frameworks.
- Coordinate with cross-functional engagement teams to streamline audit workflows and meet stringent reporting deadlines.
- Communicate audit findings and technical accounting observations to client management to facilitate process improvements and risk mitigation.
- Mentor junior team members during fieldwork to ensure consistent audit quality and professional development across the engagement team.
Required Skillset:
- Possess a deep functional understanding of IFRS, GAAP, and local statutory reporting requirements to handle complex accounting scenarios with precision.
- Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously while maintaining high standards of accuracy and professional skepticism.
- Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively articulate technical audit matters to diverse stakeholders and client leadership.
- Maintain a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification with 1 to 4 years of post-qualification experience in a professional services environment.
