Job Description:

We are seeking dynamic professionals for our Statutory Audit team from Consultant to Manager levels. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in statutory audits, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance within the consulting industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and execute statutory audit engagements as per Indian GAAP, Ind AS, and IFRS.

- Review and analyze financial statements, ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

- Manage audit planning, execution, and reporting while ensuring quality standards are met.

- Identify key audit risks, assess controls, and suggest improvements for risk mitigation.

- Guide and mentor junior team members, reviewing their work and providing feedback.

- Ensure timely completion of audits and effective client communication.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including tax and advisory, for seamless service delivery.

- Stay updated with changes in regulatory frameworks, accounting standards, and industry best practices.

Key Requirements:

- 2 to 9 years of experience in Statutory Audit within a consulting firm.

- Qualified CA (preferred) or equivalent certification.

- Strong knowledge of Indian GAAP, Ind AS, IFRS, and Companies Act, 2013.

- Experience in working with large and listed clients is an advantage.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines efficiently.

- Strong team management and leadership skills for Manager-level positions.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Prior experience with Big 4 or reputed consulting firms.

- Exposure to diverse industries and complex audit assignments.
