The Opportunity:

StatusNeo is scaling aggressively in APAC and is looking for a Growth Manager who thrives on new client acquisition and strategy-led sales. This is not a delivery-heavy or farming role. Success here means opening new enterprise logos by leading with digital & AI transformation thought leadership and shaping CxO-level conversations.

If you've built your foundation at a top consulting firm and are hungry to blend strategy, technology, and business development, this is your next big move.

What You'll Do

- Open new accounts across APAC and global markets with a focus on digital and AI transformation.

- Lead boardroom-level conversations with CEOs, CIOs, and CTOs on how AI, platforms, and modern engineering reshape business.

- Shape and co-create solutions & proposals with StatusNeo's delivery and domain leaders.

- Act as a thought leader - representing StatusNeo at roundtables, industry events, and executive forums.

- Leverage alliances (AWS, ServiceNow, GCP, etc.) for joint go-to-market opportunities.

- Carry clear accountability for net-new revenue and first-year logo wins.

What We're Looking For

- 2-10 years of experience in top-tier consulting (MBB or equivalent digital consulting practices).

- Strong grounding in digital strategy, AI transformation, or modern platforms.

- Demonstrated ability to engage CxOs and senior executives with authority and credibility.

- A natural hunter mindset - energized by new client conversations and enterprise logo acquisition.

- Strong solutioning and storytelling skills - ability to connect StatusNeo's capabilities to client business outcomes.

Education:

- MBA from a Top Tier 1/Tier 2 college
