Mandatory: Top-tier consulting expereince (MBB or equivalent digital consulting practices) Responsibilities: - Open new accounts across APAC and global markets with a focus on digital and AI transformation. - Lead boardroom-level conversations with CEOs, CIOs, and CTOs on how AI, platforms, and modern engineering reshape business. - Shape and co-create solutions & proposals with StatusNeo's delivery and domain leaders. - Act as a thought leader - representing StatusNeo at roundtables, industry events, and executive forums. - Leverage alliances (AWS, ServiceNow, GCP, etc.) for joint go-to-market opportunities. - Carry clear accountability for net-new revenue and first-year logo wins. Qualification: - 3-10 years of experience in top-tier consulting (MBB or equivalent digital consulting practices). - Strong grounding in digital strategy, AI transformation, or modern platforms. - Demonstrated ability to engage CxOs and senior executives with authority and credibility. - A natural hunter mindset - energized by new client conversations and enterprise logo acquisition. - Strong solutioning and storytelling skills - ability to connect StatusNeo's capabilities to client business outcomes. - Based in Bangalore, willing to travel globally (30-50%).
