About the Role:

StatusNeo operates at the intersection of AI, product engineering, and enterprise transformation. The Business Solutions Manager (BSM) is the primary customer-facing management role at StatusNeo. Our managers are the connective tissue between what we build and what clients value equal parts solutioner, relationship builder, financial steward, and engineering leader. You will own the full arc: from the first whiteboard conversation with a prospect, through proposal and win, to team formation, delivery governance, and long-term account growth.

Core Responsibilities:

1. Solution Leadership & Customer Influence:

- Narrate the right story to customersclearly, credibly, and confidently (written and verbal)

- Lead value driven solution discussions, not order taking conversations

- Propose diagnostics, maturity scans, and problem framings

- Influence client priorities, roadmaps, operating models, and spend

- Convert ambiguity into structured, sellable opportunity statements

- Farm accounts through value creation, not capacity asks

You must be deeply strong in at least one solution area and fluent across the rest:

- AI & AI native SDLC transformation

- Ways of working (Scrum, SAFe, modern delivery models)

- Product management & discovery

- UX and design

- Platform engineering, DevX, CI/CD, SRE, AIOps

2. Delivery Oversight & Governance:

- Own delivery outcomes across complex, multi initiative client portfolios

- Ensure clarity on scope, estimation, change control, and risk

- Intervene early when delivery drifts from intent or value

- Lead escalation and recovery when requiredwithout noise or blame

- Anchor engagements to StatusNeos AuthenticAI Loop (Design Engineer Automate Govern)

- Maintain high client satisfactioneven through turbulence

3. Commercial & Financial Ownership:

- Own revenue and gross margin performance across your portfolio

- Understand margin levers and act on themearly, deliberately

- Eliminate financial leakages through clean change control and clarity

- Maintain sharp awareness of utilization, team pyramids, and bench

- Partner with finance and operations proactivelynot after month close

- Treat scope creep without changes orders as margin erosion

4. People Leadership:

Business Solutions Managers are people leaders by default.

- Hire, build, and shape teams aligned to problem contextnot just skill checklists

- Own day to day people success across your portfolio

- Partner closely with regional HR Business Partners

Be accountable for:

1. Team health, morale, and engagement

2. Performance, growth, and retention

3. Timesheet hygiene and people governance (with HRBPs)
