Role Title -AI-Led Project Manager / Delivery Lead

Location - Bangalore WFO

Role Overview:

We are looking for a high-ownership Project Manager who can drive AI-led delivery across engineering programs. This role is not about traditional coordination - it is about owning outcomes, improving delivery speed, and leveraging AI to transform execution.

You will work closely with senior leadership and global customers to bring a new way of delivery - automation-first, AI-enabled, and outcome-driven.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Delivery Ownership

- Own end-to-end delivery for projects (timelines, quality, customer satisfaction)

- Drive execution rigor, not just reporting

- Identify and resolve delivery risks proactively

2. AI-Led Delivery Transformation

- Implement AI in SDLC (requirements, development, testing, documentation)

Leverage tools like GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, and other AI platforms to:

- Improve productivity

- Reduce defects

- Accelerate delivery cycles

- Drive adoption of AI agents and accelerators within teams

3. Governance & Automation

- Build automation-first governance systems

Create real-time dashboards for:

- Delivery health

- Risk tracking

- Productivity metrics

- Automate weekly/monthly reporting using AI tools

4. Stakeholder Management

- Work directly with clients

- Manage expectations and communicate proactively

- Bring consultative mindset, not just execution updates

5. Team Leadership

- Drive accountability across engineers

- Improve team productivity and delivery discipline

- Enable engineers to adopt AI-led ways of working

What Were Looking For:

Must-Have

- 8+ years of experience in project/program management

- Strong ownership mindset (not coordination-focused)

- Hands-on exposure to AI tools in delivery (must-have)

- Experience managing engineering teams (1020 members)

- Ability to handle ambiguity and fast-paced environments

- Experience in product engineering environments

- Exposure to DevOps / Agile / SAFe

- Experience with automation or productivity improvement initiatives
