Join us.  Global Treasury (GT) is responsible for overall balance sheet management including credit, interest rate, and liquidity risk management.   Responsibilities & Tasks Include :  - Perform monthly surveillance of U.S. securitized portfolio holdings including asset-backed securities (ABS), commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS), residential mortgage-backed securities (RMBS) and collateral loan obligations (CLO)  - Compile and review performance information from data sources including Intex and Bloomberg  - Run existing automated surveillance tools  - Identify performance trends and weak securities that exceed established tolerance levels  - Summarize and communicate findings to Boston based team  - Monitor security rating changes of U.S. securitized portfolio holdings  - Document and report daily changes   - Summarize and communicate findings to Boston based team, ERM, etc  Reporting Responsibilities :  - Perform UCI security identification review and approval process for new purchases  - Volcker database maintenance include new fund and removal activity  - Quarterly Broker Scorecard (in development)  Job Requirements :  Education and Experience :   - Minimum of undergraduate degree, preferably in Finance, Economics, Mathematics related field,MBA preferred  - Minimum 5 years related experience  Skills/ Knowledge :  - Must be able to work in a fast paced environment  - An interest in structured products and fixed-income investing is imperative  - Must be a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and strong work ethic  - Strong knowledge of the MS Office suite of products including Excel, Access, and PowerPoint  - Ability to follow through on assignments and handle multiple tasks simultaneously  - Ability to perform in both team and independent environments  - Ability to take initiative, be flexible, organized, and detail-oriented  - Strong written and verbal communication  - Must possess strong communication skills with ability to participate in conference calls and contribute to presentation of financial results to financial and non-financial audiences at various levels of seniority  - Solid business knowledge as it relates to the financial services industry   - This is a visible role. Excellent communication, organizational and presentation skills, and ability to present complex financial matters to management
