Position : State Head / ZSM
Location : Responsible for specific Region
Reporting to : GM/ Business Head Team : 25 to 30 RSM/ ASM/ SE
Experience : 15 years plus(Animal Feed/Agri- Inputs/Veterinary/Dairy)
Qualification : Preference to MBA(Sales/Marketing) / B.Sc (Agriculture)
Age- Upto 48 Yrs(or can discuss exceptional case as per Experience)
State Head JD:
Responsible for sales and distribution network in the assigned state
- Developing potential market for Cattle Feed, distribution network in targeted markets, tracking purchase & sales channel partners, create awareness amongst customers and analyse competitors ' activities, increase brand value as well as market value of Cattle Feed.
- Appointment & development of Distributors channels,
- Team members of different location as per the company's vision.
- Recruitment, training and developing a high performing sales team as per Company vision
- Setting sales targets for individual SO/ASM and your team as a whole
- To maintain and increase sales of company's products.
- Achieving the targets and goals set in your area
- Establishing, maintaining and expanding customer base
- To ensure timely service to fulfil the needs of existing customers
- To find out new business opportunities in the state.
- Developing innovative higher sales strategies.
- Focus on the team members for achieving their desired targets.
- Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts yourself
- Customer feedback and market research
- Meets regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analysing variances; initiating corrective actions.
- To suggest & implement brand promotional activities.
- Fostering a conducive environment and a good working culture aligned to Company's philosophy and strategies.
- Providing leadership, guidance and support to sales team
- Image Building of Company as well as Brand building.
- To monitor, review and give feedback based on the performance of team on regular basis
- Ensuring compliance with Company policies and procedures
- Providing technical support to team (and ensuring the same to customers ) on feed nutrition and farm management practices.
- To have a good interdepartmental collaborations within the Company
