Description:
- Develop and execute state business plans aligned with regional strategy
- Drive seasonal and annual sales plans
Channel & Market Development:
- Expand distribution footprint, improve outlet coverage, and enhance visibility
- Lead freezer placement strategy, asset utilization, and promotion execution
Distributor & Partner Management:
- Appoint, manage, and review distributors for performance, capability, and compliance
- Drive distributor sales planning and execution discipline
- Resolve distributor issues related to credit, logistics, and service levels
Team Leadership & Capability Building:
- Lead, coach, and develop ASMs and Sales Executives
- Set KPIs, conduct reviews, and ensure performance management
- Drive training on products, selling skills, and execution excellence
Execution Excellence & Compliance:
- Track competition and recommend counter-strategies
- Maintain adherence to company policies, statutory requirements, and ethical standards
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong FMCG / Ice Cream / Frozen Foods business understanding
- Leadership and people management experience
- Distributor and channel management expertise
- Strategic thinking with strong execution orientation
- Analytical ability and comfort with MIS & numbers
- Negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
