Position Overview:

- We are seeking dynamic and strategic professionals for a Marketing / Sales role in the construction chemicals industry.

- Looking for candidates with strong background in dealer distribution and channel management, with prior experience in FMCG, building construction or similar sectors.

- This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a renowned company, promoting innovative construction chemical products and driving sales and marketing across multiple regions in South India.

Role and Responsibilities:

As part of this strategic role, you will be responsible for:

- Promoting and expanding the sales of construction chemical products in your assigned region.

- Conducting competitor analysis to understand market trends and identify growth opportunities.

- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

- Managing and strengthening relationships with dealers and distribution channels.

- Collaborating with the State Heads to align marketing efforts with regional objectives.

- Tracking performance metrics and ensuring achievement of sales targets.

- Building brand awareness and educating clients on product benefits and applications.

- Identifying market needs and providing feedback for product development.

Key Requirements:

Experience: 15+ years of relevant experience in marketing or sales, particularly in industries like FMCG, building construction, or any field involving dealer distribution/channel management.

Education: A BE/B.Tech degree is required prior to your Master's degree.
