Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Revenue Management
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for cement and TMT.
- Drive business growth through channel partners, institutional clients, and project sales.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, schemes, and market share.
2. Channel & Distribution Management
- Appoint, develop, and manage distributors, dealers, and retailers.
- Ensure availability, visibility, and penetration across all districts of Jharkhand.
- Strengthen supply chain, logistics, and inventory planning.
3. Market Development
- Identify emerging construction clusters, infra projects, and rural growth pockets.
- Develop strong relationships with contractors, builders, architects, and influencers.
- Conduct market development activities (contractor meets, mason meets, brand promotions).
4. Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor Area Sales Managers, Territory Managers, and field staff.
- Set KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and ensure field discipline.
- Build a high-performing sales team capable of achieving state-level goals.
5. Operational Excellence
- Ensure adherence to company policies, pricing guidelines, and credit controls.
- Coordinate with supply chain, finance, and marketing teams for smooth operations.
- Drive digital reporting, CRM usage, and analytics-based decision making.
6. Stakeholder Management
- Liaise with government bodies, project owners, influencers, and trade associations.
- Engage with key accounts for bulk orders and long-term partnerships.
