About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic State Head Sales to lead and manage the sales operations in Rajasthan for the automotive aftermarket division. The role involves driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and building strong relationships with OEMs, distributors, and key customers in the commercial vehicle segment.

This position is ideal for a result-oriented professional with proven experience in state-level or regional aftermarket sales, team leadership, and market development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute the state-level sales plan aligned with zonal and national objectives.

- Achieve sales, collection, and profitability targets for the assigned territory.

- Identify potential growth areas, emerging markets, and new business opportunities.

- Build and strengthen relationships with OEMs, dealers, distributors, and key accounts.

- Lead and mentor a team of Area Sales Managers and Executives to achieve business goals.

- Track market trends, monitor competitor activities, and recommend counter strategies.

- Coordinate with supply chain, finance, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.

- Prepare forecasts, performance reports, and market intelligence updates for management.

Candidate Profile:

- 712 years of experience in automotive aftermarket sales, preferably in commercial vehicle components or spares.

- Exposure to OEMs, distributors, and state-level dealer networks.

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and sales reporting systems.

- Ability to manage teams and maintain a customer-centric approach.
