Remarks: The State Head will be responsible for driving overall sales, operations, and business growth of iMajestic Apple Stores within the assigned state.
This role includes team leadership, retail performance management, and ensuring brand excellence across all outlets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee sales and operations of all iMajestic Apple Stores within the state.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for Apple and related products.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase footfall and conversion rates.
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, and supply chain coordination with central warehouse.
- Lead, train, and motivate Store Managers and sales teams to ensure high performance.
- Ensure compliance with Apple brand guidelines, visual merchandising, and customer experience standards.
- Review store performance reports and take corrective actions where necessary.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, store expansions, or partnerships.
- Coordinate marketing and promotional activities to boost state-level visibility.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, operational SOPs, and HR compliance.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent understanding of retail sales and Apple product ecosystem.
- Analytical and strategic planning abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and retail MIS tools.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 6-10 years of experience in retail/mobile trade, preferably handling premium brands (Apple, Samsung, etc.
- Proven track record in managing multi-store operations and sales growth
