To drive top-line sales growth through Project & Institutional sales by influencing Architects, Specifiers, Contractors, and Key Accounts, while expanding specification reach and conversions in the assigned zone.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Drive Institutional & Project Sales for Tiles business (CBD).
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with Architects, Specifiers, Contractors, and Developers.
- Increase specifications, conversions, and funnel size across elite and premium product portfolios.
- Prospect new clients through networking, market mapping, cold calling, and lead generation.
- Manage and grow existing key accounts to ensure repeat and referral business.
- Conduct portfolio presentations and product demonstrations to specifiers and customers.
- Track competitor activities, new launches, and pricing strategies; implement counter-measures.
- Ensure achievement of sales targets, revenue, profitability, and volume specifications.
- Collaborate cross-functionally (JBD/JKD teams) to maximize lead-to-conversion revenue.
- Deliver superior customer experience through regular visits and engagement.
