Role: State Head - PMS & AIF Distribution
Location: Delhi
Experience: 8 - 15 Years
Objective: Lead and drive the growth of the PMS & AIF distribution business in the assigned geography by expanding distributor networks, mobilizing AUM, and strengthening channel partner relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire, empanel, and activate distributors including IFAs, MFDs, Wealth Managers, Family Offices, and RIAs.
- Achieve revenue, business growth, and net AUM mobilization targets.
- Drive HNI/UHNI business through the distribution ecosystem.
- Conduct distributor meets, product presentations, investor awareness programs, and webinars.
- Monitor sales pipelines, MIS, and partner productivity while collaborating with internal product and compliance teams.
Requirements:
Education: MBA / PGDM in Finance or Marketing preferred. Additional certifications (NISM, CFP, CFA, CA) are advantageous.
Skills: Strong knowledge of PMS, AIF, Mutual Funds, and capital markets, along with proven leadership, negotiation, and channel development capabilities.
