Areas to be handled - Allocated State

- Responsible for Retail Primary & Secondary Business.

- Expand Dealer / Distribution Network in assigned territory.

- Monitoring Sales Performance of the team and guiding them to achieve the set targets

- Implementing the sales Process.

- Managing the DSO. DSO should be <40 days.

- Drive revenue growth by achieving sales targets for the assigned state.

- Increase market share and enhance brand visibility within the state.

- Ensure timely and accurate sales reporting, forecasting, and inventory management.

- Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of Area Sales Managers, Sales Executives, and support teams.
