Position: State Head - Hyderabad
Experience Required: 10-15 years
Role Overview:
The State Head will be responsible for driving business growth, managing key stakeholder relationships, overseeing sales operations, and ensuring profitability for the assigned zone. The role requires a strong strategic mindset, leadership skills, and hands-on experience in managing large teams and business operations across metro and Tier 1 cities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Growth: Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand the customer base.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital administrators, doctors, and finance teams.
- Sales Operations: Oversee daily sales activities, monitor performance, and optimize plans to meet business objectives.
- P&L Management: Manage the zones financial performance, ensuring profitability and addressing variances proactively.
- Corporate Partnerships: Empanel corporates and organize hospital camps to promote offerings and drive engagement.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage sales, business development, HR, and training teams.
- Performance Monitoring: Use Excel and PowerPoint to analyze data, create reports, and present insights.
Eligibility:
- Postgraduate/masters degree in Marketing, Sales, or Business (preferred).
- 10-15 years of relevant experience, ideally in consumer-facing sectors such as telecom, FMCG, insurance, retail, banking, FMCD, or paints/cement.
- Strong familiarity with distributor management and urban market operations.
Preferred Skills:
- Strategic sales planning and execution.
- Relationship and stakeholder management.
- Team building and leadership.
- Analytical and reporting proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
