Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies, forecast sales volumes, and set targets to meet company objectives.
- Identify new market opportunities, expand the dealer-retailer network into new territories, and build strategic partnerships with builders, architects, etc.
- Ensure implementation of schemes, promotional offers, and marketing activities at ground level.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze market trends and competitor activity, and review the reports for presentation to the Senior Management
- Monitor budgets, costs, and profitability at regional and product levels.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and handle escalations (if any) effectively.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals, setting performance goals and providing regular feedback and training
