Key Accountabilities:
- Achieving Business Goal and Revenue Targets.
- Hand on experience in Equity Market/Stock Market by handling team of Clusters
Manager/Branch Heads.
- Developing and Implementing Strategic plans to achieve Targets, Forge Strong Relationship with Key Clients and Identify new Business Opportunities.
- Responsible for Hiring, Training and Managing Team.
- Managing Team to Acquire New Relationships.
- Managing and Training Team to Identify Multiple Product requirements of Clients. This must lead to create Cross Sell Opportunities for products like Insurance, MFs, Bonds, FDs, SGBs, etc.
- Enforcing Company's Rules and Regulations. Regulatory Requirement fulfilment must be prime responsibility of State Head.
- Managing Team of Customer Service Executives which should ensure smooth Operation of
- Branches and Customer Satisfaction visiting Branches.
- Ensuring implementation of Compliance Policies in Region.
