About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven State Head - Andhra Pradesh to lead our Construction Chemicals business. This leadership role involves developing and executing strategic plans, driving sales growth and managing key business relationships across the region. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the construction ecosystem and a proven track record in managing large-scale operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive the business strategy for Construction Chemicals across Andhra Pradesh.

- Lead and manage a team of sales and technical professionals to achieve state-level revenue and profitability targets.

- Build and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders - dealers, applicators, contractors and project customers.

- Identify market opportunities, emerging trends and competitive activities to support business expansion.

- Collaborate with marketing, supply chain and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, credit controls and commercial norms.

- Prepare and review business reports, forecasts and budgets.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Chemical Engineering / MBA in Marketing or related field.

- 14 - 20 years of experience in Construction Chemicals / Building Materials / Cement / Admixtures / Waterproofing solutions.

- Strong leadership and people management skills.

- Excellent communication, negotiation and strategic planning abilities.

- Proven track record of handling state or zonal-level business operations.
