1. Business & Revenue Growth:

- Own and deliver state-level sales, volume, value, and market share targets.

- Develop and execute state business plans aligned with Upper North regional strategy.

- Drive seasonal and annual sales plans considering ice cream category dynamics.

- Monitor primary and secondary sales performance and ensure healthy distributor ROI.

2. Channel & Market Development:

- Strengthen presence across General Trade, Modern Trade, Institutions, HoReCa, and other relevant channels.

- Expand distribution footprint, improve outlet coverage, and enhance visibility in priority markets.

- Lead freezer placement strategy, asset utilization, and compliance across outlets.

- Ensure effective execution of promotions, schemes, and new product launches.

3. Distributor & Partner Management:

- Appoint, manage, and review distributors for performance, capability, and compliance.

- Drive distributor sales planning, beat planning, and execution discipline.

- Resolve distributor issues related to credit, logistics, service levels, and infrastructure.

4. Team Leadership & Capability Building:

- Lead, coach, and develop ASMs and Sales Executives to build a high-performance culture.

- Set clear KPIs, conduct regular reviews, and ensure performance management discipline.

- Drive training on products, selling skills, execution excellence, and compliance.

- Ensure manpower planning, onboarding, and retention for critical roles.

5. Execution Excellence:

- Ensure strong in-market execution including availability, visibility, pricing, and hygiene standards.

- Track competition activities, pricing, and promotions; recommend counter-strategies.

- Leverage data and MIS for performance tracking, forecasting, and corrective actions.

6. Compliance & Governance:

- Ensure adherence to company policies, statutory requirements, and ethical standards.

- Maintain discipline in credit control, claims management, and asset tracking.

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, and HR.
