State Collection Manager

Base: Shantinagar, Bangalore

Bucket: X to NPA

CTC: 24 lacs

Area to be handled: Entire South India

About the role

- Strategizing and driving collections across the state and achievement of collection targets as per budgets

- Developing and implementing segmented collection strategies and processes depending

on bucket/ area/ product/ customer behaviour etc.

- Drive team with high integrity and ensure productivity as per target.

- Evaluating collection channel mix and efficiency to improve resolution rates

- Recruiting, coaching and mentoring the team; identifying team goals and evaluating team progress.

As per KRA's of the role

- Timely completion of operational activities across the state

- High customer satisfaction in terms of service.

- Compliance on code of conduct and monthly audits of vendors

- Training, coaching of the entire team.

- Regular feedback to relevant stakeholders and timely feedback on portfolio quality

- Travelling across states for portfolio reviews, identifying lapses/frauds and taking preventive actions.

- End to End tracking of cash collection process through proper MIS.

- Manage the collection process as laid down, complete ownership of agency management process.

- Collaborate with legal team to ensure legal action is taken on specified cases

- Review and monitor team/agencies performance on a regular basis. Ensure 100% compliance on the field.
