Why this role exists:
Stashfin is a profitable fintech in a market where most companies burn cash trying to win. We lend real money to real people, and every decision has consequences you can measure. Growing at that pace means the CEO needs a force multiplier someone who can go from strategy to execution to firefighting inside the same day, and make the whole thing move faster. This is the best crash course in business that exists. In two years you'll have seen more real decisions and made more of them than most people see in a decade.
Who we're looking for:
- 2-3 years of work experience enough to be useful on day one, yet eager to learn new ways.
- You've worked at a startup. Non-negotiable.
- Tier-1 college and you know that's the least interesting thing about you.
- Hungry, full of common sense, zero entitlement.
- You'll tell the CEO this is a bad idea to their face politely, with data.
- You write clearly, speak clearly, and think clearly in that order.
What you'll actually do:
Everything. Genuinely. A real week looks like this:
- Monday deep in strategy with the CEO.
- Tuesday building the board deck.
- Wednesday in the war room because things break.
- Thursday interviewing someone smarter than you.
- Friday telling the CEO what we should be doing differently. By Tuesday, we're doing it.
The honest deal:
What you won't get:
- A predictable calendar.
- Someone telling you exactly what to do.
What you will get:
- More learning per month than most jobs give per year a front-row seat to every decision that matters at a profitable fintech.
- Real ownership, real early. Your ideas won't die in a deck they'll ship.
- A network, a track record, and after two years, the ability to run something of your own.
How to apply:
- Write up to 200 words on why we should hire you not your résumé in paragraph form, just the honest pitch.
- One rule: don't use AI to write it.
- Email it to the provided email address with the subject line CoS [your name].
