Role Description:

- We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Accelerator Manager. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of our accelerator programs aimed at fostering innovation and driving growth for scaling startups.


- You will work closely with entrepreneurs, investors, and industry experts to create an environment that encourages collaboration, mentorship, and learning. Your strategic vision and leadership will be crucial in identifying promising startups, providing them with the necessary resources, and facilitating their success through a structured accelerator curriculum.


- The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the startup ecosystem, exceptional project management skills, and a passion for nurturing emerging business talent.


- You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate partners, investors, and government agencies. Your ability to analyze market trends and respond to industry needs will be essential in shaping our accelerator programs to ensure they remain relevant and impactful. About the Role:

We're seeking an experienced, proactive Program Manager to design, run, and scale world-class accelerator programs that merge startup acceleration and corporate innovation. You will build cohorts of high-potential startups, manage consulate/investor/corporate partnerships, mentor onboarding, curated deal-flow, and generate revenue through cohort fees, sponsorships, pilots, equity, and licensing.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Program Strategy & Startup Onboarding

- Design and implement structured accelerator programs (3 months) for independent startups and corporate-backed cohorts.

- Conduct market research to identify verticals (e.g., fintech, healthtech, sustainability) and curate proprietary high-value deal flow.

- Manage outreach via industry bodies, consulate networks, webinars, and targeted ads.

- Screen, recruit, and onboard 8-12 high-potential startups per cohort, driving revenue through tiered participation fees.

2. Mentors & Workshops

- Curate and onboard a global mentor network, including corporate technologists, investors, domain experts, and consulate representatives.

- Organize structured mentor touchpoints: weekly one-on-ones, monthly mentor roundtables, corporate mentor clinics.

- Plan and deliver workshops covering venture finance, enterprise GTM, legal/compliance, and technical integration.

3. Corporate Acceleration & Sponsorship

- Collaborate with sponsoring corporations to define cohort themes, KPIs, tech POCs, and pilot timelines.

- Co-run cohort programs, provide corporate mentors and R&D access for startups.

- Co-host Demo Day events with corporates, consulates, investors, and media.

- Generate revenue from corporate sponsor fees, pilot licensing, and equity stakes.

4. Investor & Consulate Partnerships

- Build and manage relationships with VCs, angel networks, and consulate offices for cross-border growth and regulatory support.

- Coordinate investor pitch sessions, demo days, and global consulate delegations to support startup growth.

5. Event Management & Outreach

- Host webinars, hackathons, and co-branded events with industry bodies, consulates, and corporates.

- Execute PR & ad campaigns (LinkedIn, X), curate alumni success stories, and position the program within the local ecosystem.

6. Monitoring, Reporting & Deal Flow Management

- Set up real-time dashboards tracking cohort performance: growth metrics, pilot conversions, investment raised.

- Track pilot outcomes, corporate integration, and startup revenue growth.

- Produce executive reports, investor decks, and outcome presentations after each cohort.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Engineering, or equivalent.

- Experience: 5+ years in innovation, venture acceleration, or corporate startup programs.

- Proven experience managing cohort-based programs, ideally with both startup and corporate tracks.

- Strong stakeholder management across mentors, investors, sponsors, government, and consulates.

- Excellent project management, event execution, and communication skills.

- Ability to analyze trends, iterate program design, and operate with commercial rigor.

- Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
