Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist.
Location: Okhla Phase 2, Delhi.
Timings: 11:30am to 8:30pm.
Experience Required: 3+ years.
Employment Type: Full-time.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, content, and performance marketing.
- Own campaign planning, from ideation to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Campaign Management & Lead Generation:
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms to maximize ROI.
- Strategically optimize marketing funnels, landing pages, and content to drive lead generation and conversions.
Email & WhatsApp Marketing:
- Build and deploy high-performing Email and WhatsApp campaigns from copywriting and HTML design to testing and launch.
- Manage automated drip campaigns aligned with customer lifecycle stages to boost engagement and retention.
AI-Driven Personalization & Automation:
- Leverage AI tools for real-time personalization, predictive segmentation, and dynamic content delivery.
- Continuously explore and implement automation for performance improvement and operational efficiency.
Targeting & Segmentation:
- Create behavior-based audience segments using demographic, transactional, and web data for hyper-targeted campaigns.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Track key metrics like CTR, conversions, bounce rates, ROI, etc.
- Present actionable insights through reports using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Excel.
Team & Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Coordinate with internal teams (content, design, ads) and external vendors to ensure timely and quality execution.
- Step in to manage tasks independently when needed ownership is key.
Campaign Calendar & Messaging Consistency:
- Own and maintain a structured marketing calendar synced with launches, goals, and seasonal trends.
- Ensure consistent and cohesive messaging across all customer touchpoints.
Growth Hacking & Experimentation:
- Experiment with emerging channels, tools, and tactics to accelerate growth.
- Optimize performance through rapid testing and continuous improvement.
Crisis & Budget Management:
- Independently manage execution during resource crunches.
- Plan budgets efficiently and ensure maximum ROI on marketing spends.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in digital/growth/performance marketing.
- Proven ability to run and manage paid ads, SEO, email campaigns, and funnel optimization.
- Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot, SEMrush, etc.
- Strong analytical skills with a love for data, numbers, and insights.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and external agencies/freelancers.
- Highly organized, process-driven, and detail-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to take ownership.
