
Overview:
- We are seeking a proactive, experienced, and highly organized Human Resources Specialist/Partner to support the full scope of HR responsibilities and collaborate with organizational leadership on strategic initiatives.
- The ideal candidate will be instrumental in maintaining and enhancing the organization's human capital by planning, implementing, and evaluating core Human Resources policies, programs, and practices. This role requires a professional who combines strong operational expertise with excellent communication and strategic thinking skills.
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for the full range of HR functions, including:
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection of new hires across various departments.
- Develop and execute strategies to improve talent acquisition processes and outcomes, ensuring a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Design and deliver a robust onboarding program to ensure new employees are effectively integrated into the organization's culture and operations.
Performance Management:
- Administer and manage the company's performance review cycles and processes.
- Conduct performance management discussions, provide guidance to employees and managers, and facilitate feedback sessions to drive continuous improvement.
- Provide demonstrated expertise in training managers and employees on effective performance management techniques, coaching, and feedback delivery.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Oversee the management of Payroll and benefits administration for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding compensation, benefits, and HR policies.
Policy & Program Management:
- Maintain and enhance HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and organizational goals.
- Contribute to the implementation and evaluation of various HR programs (e.g., employee engagement, development).
- Experience: 3+ years of progressive experience in a Human Resources role.
- Recruiting Acumen: Strong recruiting background with a demonstrated ability to strategically improve talent acquisition methods and results.
- Training & Development: Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees on key HR topics, policies, and management practices (e.g., performance feedback, interviewing skills).
