Role Overview:

We are looking for a Strategic Executive Assistant who will work directly with the founders and leadership team to drive execution, improve decision-making, and streamline strategic initiatives. This is not a traditional admin role - this position requires strong analytical thinking, AI fluency, and operational rigor.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as a strategic partner to founders by managing priorities, schedules, and key deliverables.

- Own execution of high-impact cross-functional initiatives across Product, Growth, Support, and Operations.

- Build dashboards, trackers, and reports to support leadership decision-making.

- Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, automation, analytics) to increase productivity and optimize workflows.

- Prepare meeting agendas, notes, follow-ups, and ensure closure on action items.

- Conduct market, competitor, and product research in the Shopify and SaaS ecosystem.

- Support hiring, onboarding, and internal process documentation when needed.

- Drive communication between internal teams and external partners.

- Maintain high confidentiality, ownership, and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

- 4+ years experience as an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, Operations Associate, or similar strategic role.

- Strong data-driven mindset with experience using Excel/Google Sheets, dashboards, and reporting tools.

- High proficiency with AI tools like ChatGPT, Notion AI, automation workflows, and prompt-based productivity.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong stakeholder management.

- Ability to operate in a fast-paced startup environment with high ownership.

- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask across priorities.

- Experience in ecommerce, SaaS, Shopify ecosystem, or tech startups is a plus.

- Comfortable working directly with founders and handling ambiguous problems independently.
