Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Regional Manager to lead the Direct Channel in the Nashik region.

The ideal candidate must come with a strong background in the Direct Channel and possess 3-7 years of experience in team handling.

This role is critical in driving business growth, achieving targets, and ensuring the effective management of the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Team Management: Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Sales Managers/Team Leaders and Direct Sales Officers (DSOs).

- Business Development: Drive sales and revenue targets through the Direct Channel by identifying new business opportunities.

- Performance Monitoring: Regularly review and track team performance against targets and KPIs; ensure timely course corrections when needed.

- Hiring & Training: Ensure timely hiring, onboarding, and capability development of the sales team.

- Process Adherence: Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and operational guidelines.

- Market Insights: Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and share insights to drive strategies accordingly.

- Customer Experience: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery standards through the Direct Channel.

Key Requirements:

- Experience: 3 to 7 years of team handling experience in the Direct Channel (Life Insurance) is mandatory.

- Education: Graduate (MBA preferred).

- Location Preference: Candidate must be willing to work and travel within Nashik and nearby regions.

- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team towards high performance.

- Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage internal teams and external stakeholders
