This will be to the purpose of enabling programming team to have a richer understanding of our consumers to design more apt shows  - Handle team responsibility of heading On air Presentation & Planning for all the channels in the Star Network   - Coordination with various Producers on relevant promos for individual shows  - Planning launch promotion of various shows/ events/ movies  - Keeping a track on various GE shows to preempt competitive actions  - Setting Network priorities as well as individual channel priorities   - MBA/Post graduate from a Top Tier Institute   - Graduated in Economics / Statistics/ Science from a premiere institute (non-engineering background)  - Ability to work in ambiguous situations   - Worked in an unstructured environment   - Have come up with solutions from unstructured data / imperfect information  - Risk taking ability: have taken up non-main stream education streams/jobs (e.g. Start Ups, Small Organization, Non-Traditional Fields)  - Initiative : Has demonstrated ability to take initiatives in his previous work and has POV on his area of expertise on what should be changed  - Fine with working in a “flat” organization and likes working in teams and not as an individual.  - Experience : 8-10 years of work experience after graduation
