Context:  - Responsible for all sales activities in the Digital/ IPTV distribution medium.   - Manage the Key customers effectively, ensuring better pricing & timely payments for SIPL.  Key Responsibilities:  - Responsible for managing key accounts of DTH/IPTV customers and relationships with key accounts  - Responsible for meeting revenue targets from DTH/IPTV customers   - Responsible for monthly collection from DTH/IPTV customers  - Closure of agreements with key accounts  - Monitor SIPL channel placement of the DTH/IPTV players to be in line with the agreements  - Regular Tracking of Channel Placements, Packaging and its implication on the DTH/IPTV industry  - Highlight deviations if any and coordinate with the DTH/IPTV Customer to rectify deviations or make suitable compensation in lieu of the deviations  - Ensure continuity of Business Relationship with the DTH/IPTV players and minimise any possibility of dropouts  - Ensuring timely payments from the DTH & IPTV customers  - Complete and comprehensive ownership of digital market space  - Monitoring market trends on a regular basis.   - Create Products & Services and Prioritize execution strategy based on revenue potential  - Track & analyze metrics to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of such products & services  - Additional responsibility as may be assigned from time to time  Qualification:  - MBA in Finance/Strategy/Marketing from Premier Institute  Knowledge & Skills:  - Experience of 8 to 10 years, with minimum 5-6 years in handling large key accounts  - Experience in technology selling must. Sales in Digital Medium in Media Industry  Personal Attributes:  - Prior experience of managing key accounts with turnover of USD 100MN or more  - Proven ability to multi-task, deliver exceptional results and motivate/manage key accounts in fast paced,dynamic environment  - Exceptional sales, negotiation, analytical, implementation and interpersonal skills
