Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of commercial real estate projects in Noida.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HNI clients, investors, and corporates.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
- Conduct site visits and negotiations with potential buyers.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for lead generation and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through after-sales support and relationship management.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial sales (Real Estate industry only).
- Strong client network in Noida & Delhi-NCR real estate market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage high-value transactions and corporate clientele.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented professional.
