Role Overview : We are looking for an experienced Sourcing Manager Channel Partner Acquisition who will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing Channel Partners (CPs) across Belgaum, Mangalore, and surrounding markets. The candidate will play a key role in expanding the companys CP network and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

- Source, identify, and onboard new Channel Partners from Belgaum, Mangalore, and nearby

regions.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with CPs to ensure continuous business flow.

- Conduct market mapping, competitor analysis, and expansion planning.

- Train channel partners on project details, pricing, offers, and sales processes.

- Coordinate with internal sales teams to ensure smooth operations.

- Achieve monthly CP onboarding and revenue targets.

- Travel extensively across designated locations for partner meetings and market development.

- Ensure proper documentation and compliance during CP onboarding.

Requirements :

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Real Estate, specifically in Channel Partner onboarding.

- Strong understanding of Belgaum and Mangalore markets (preferred).

- Must own a two-wheeler or four-wheeler for travel.

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

- Strong negotiation skills and market awareness.

- Ability to work independently and meet targets within timelines.
