Role & responsibilities:
- Manage Sales team, Follow-up, Closures. Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues.
- Set individual sales targets with sales team.
- Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing.
- Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties value.
- Encourage team for site visits & closures.
- Being abreast with the developments in the residential real estate sector and understanding the impact of micro & macroeconomics on the sector.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4-8years of experience.
- Full understanding of the real estate transaction practices.
- Exposure and experience in dealing with Noida Developers.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Excellent communication skills.
