About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Campaign Specialist with proven experience in real estate residential marketing.

This role is focused only on lead generation for residential projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns for residential real estate projects.

- Work closely with channel partners and agencies to drive quality leads.

- Manage monthly marketing budgets of 1 Cr to 3 Cr efficiently.

- Monitor, analyze and report campaign performance with actionable insights.

- Coordinate with sales teams to ensure lead quality and conversion alignment.

- Implement strategies to increase lead volume and improve Cost Per Lead (CPL) and ROI.

- Maintain clear documentation of campaign setups, audiences, creatives and performance.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Minimum 5 years experience in real estate digital marketing (residential).

- Proven experience working with channel partners or agencies.

- Hands-on experience running lead generation campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and other paid channels.

- Demonstrated ability to manage 13 Cr monthly campaign budgets.

- Strong analytical skills and experience with campaign tracking, attribution and reporting (CPL, ROAS, conversion funnels).

- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

- Immediate joiner preferred.
