Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Lifecycle Management: Plan, launch, and manage end-to-end Meta Ads campaigns tailored to specific real estate projects (Luxury, Residential, or Commercial).
- Lead Generation & ROI: Execute strategies focused on generating high-quality "site-visit ready" leads while consistently optimizing for lower Cost Per Lead (CPL) and higher Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
- Funnel Optimization: Design and implement sophisticated audience targeting, lookalike modeling, and multi-stage retargeting funnels to capture users at every stage of the home-buying journey.
- Performance Analytics: Monitor daily campaign performance, conduct A/B testing on creatives/copy, and provide detailed weekly/monthly reports on key metrics.
- Sales Integration: Work in lockstep with the Sales and CRM teams to track lead disposition, identify quality gaps, and refine targeting based on actual conversion data.
Requirements:
- Industry Expertise: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Real Estate digital marketing. You must understand the nuances of property cycles and regional buyer behavior.
- Meta Ads Mastery: Expert-level knowledge of Meta Business Suite, including Pixel implementation, API conversions, and advanced bidding strategies.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret complex data sets and turn them into actionable optimization steps.
- Creative Oversight: Ability to guide the design team on what types of ad creatives (Static, Carousel, Video) drive the highest engagement in the real estate niche.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to report findings and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
