Position: Sr. Manager / AGM Digital Marketing (Performance & Lead Gen)

Role Summary:

- Run lead generation campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads to drive qualified leads and optimize CPL.

- Plan and execute paid campaigns on Google & Meta.

- Optimize CPL and conversions through data-driven insights.

- Manage budgets, targeting, creatives, and tracking.

- Collaborate with sales and central marketing teams for aligned outcomes.

Qualification:

- 6-10 years of hands-on experience in Real Estate performance marketing.

- Expertise in Google Ads Manager & Meta Business Suite.

- Strong analytical, reporting, and optimisation skills.

- Expertise to handle Minimum 2 Cr monthly budget.
