Job Summary: As the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for developing and executing an effective talent acquisition strategy, with a strong focus on volume hiring and operations-heavy roles. You will lead a team of talented recruiters, create recruitment plans, and collaborate with department heads to identify and acquire top-tier talent for our organization. This role is based on a site in Hyderabad. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that aligns with the company's goals and growth plans. - Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters, setting clear goals and providing ongoing coaching and feedback. - Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions. - Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to negotiating offers and onboarding. - Identify, implement, and manage innovative and cost-effective recruiting tools and technologies to enhance the recruitment process. - Analyze and report on recruitment KPIs and provide insights for continuous improvement.
