
Role:
- Acquire new clients and manage a portfolio of allocated existing clients.
- Drive business revenue and achievement of set scorecard targets.
- Engage HNI & hidden Affluent in advisory conversations with analytics support and collaboration with Wealth Specialists.
- Meet clients when required, both walk-ins and scheduled client visits.
- Prepare and educate clients to interacting via online, Client Centre.
- Acquire and activate new Affluent/potential clients referred from ETB clients
- Have complete knowledge of portfolio in terms of profile & assets
- Create analytics-backed conversations for uptake of Wealth solutions
- Portfolio management and product deepening
- Query and complaint resolution Processes
- Comply with all applicable branch and the processes
- Ensure all approvals are in place for exceptions Affluent requests
- Adhere to the guidelines proposed by the Priority banking Segment Proposition document
- Risk Management
- Manage all business risks as advised by BRMs and CDD team
