Generic Job Profile : Associate Director - Brand & Sponsorships, Private, Corporate and Commercial Clients Marketing  Grade : Band 6  Reports to : Head of Marketing - Brand & Sponsorships, Private, Corporate and Commercial Clients Marketing  Direct Reports : NIL  Key Responsibilities :  - Is responsible for supporting the execution of marketing strategy for Private, Corporate and Commercial Clients banking segment, assisting in campaign development, developing lead generation programs, and analysis of campaign effectiveness.   - The position will have interactions with many cross-functional teams including Regional and Group Marketing, Business Segments, Vendor partners and Agencies.   - This role is tasked with supporting delivery towards key sponsorship properties such as the Standard Chartered Mumbai Marathon and Liverpool Football Club.   Developing and managing marketing campaigns for Corporate & Institutional Banking (C&IB), Commercial (CB) & Private Banking (PVB) which will include ATL and BTL Communication & Media engagements :  - Management and coordination of client segment strategies and plans and implement them in the marketplace   - Work in the scope of annual plans laid out, in conjunction with business, and implement them effectively. The annual plans would contain various client interaction platforms: events (entertainment/knowledge/sports), sponsorships (SCMM/LFC) and other kinds of activities   - Be responsible for the overall maintenance of the brand health   - Liaise with various marketing agencies for creation and implementation of branding exercise, events and promotions activities to be carried out and negotiate on cost, time, deliverables, terms and conditions and propose to the Management the best deals for approval   - Work seamlessly with the other functional departments, like Corporate Affairs/L&C/HR and the CEO's office, Regional & Group B&M to deliver the bank's strategic agenda and to to ensure that the network capabilities of the bank and are fully utilized  - Compilation and implementation of the team's Balanced Scorecard   - Supporting planning, coordination and monitoring of the annual budgets  - Submission of management reports   - Develop new and improve existing systems and processes to work effectively   - Measure the ROI for the C&IB, PvB and CC segment across each activity & marketing initiative executed.  - Must be willing to perform any other reasonable and lawful duties as assigned by the management and ensure that it is performed on time and correctly  Lead excellence in offline and digital media :  - Be the primary resource for all printed collaterals, e-mailers and events for retail products  - Co-ordinate with necessary stakeholders in delivery of creative  - Drive customer call-to-action and product cross-sell  - Review customer behaviour and implement necessary measures to make campaigns more effective.  - Introduce re-marketing, targeting and segmentation to improve leads  - Keep track of competition activities and best practices  Agency/Relationship management :  - Share detailed brief on all upcoming marketing activities  - Ensure that job priorities are aligned  -Ensure that the vision in terms of output is aligned  - Optimize resource and delivery timelines  - Review performance and regulatory compliance  - Negotiate and optimize budget allocation  - Identify risk around engagement process  Governance :  - Managing and coordinating overall compliance to the Bank's Corporate Identity Guidelines including the updating of the Corporate Identity Guidelines, the auditing of compliance to the Corporate Identity Guidelines and implementing corrective measures in the event of non-compliance.   - Develop, maintain and manage critical supplier relationships and related contracts and work in conjunction with Global Sourcing   Knowledge skills & Experience :  Functional :  - 5+ years experience in marketing, preferably in BFSI / FMCG / Telecom sector or creative agencies  - Technology experience is a plus  - Must be an MBA candidate  Talent, Skill & Knowledge :  - Strong numerical, analytical and problem solving skills  - Conceptual thinking - able to structure and organize  - Execution orientation - able to execute and deliver results  - Ability to work in a performance driven marketing environment and with teams  - Good understanding of Marketing trends and competition campaigns
