
Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external clients (BFSI) to understand their recruitment needs and business objectives.
- Ensure client satisfaction throughout the recruitment process and act as the primary point of contact for all Perm & C2H recruitment-related matters.
- Provide regular updates and reports to clients on the status of recruitment, talent pipelines, and market insights.
Team Leadership and Management:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters to meet and exceed performance targets.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and help develop the skills of junior recruiters.
- Ensure the team adheres to best practices in candidate sourcing, screening, and selection.
Recruitment Process Oversight:
- Oversee the full recruitment life cycle for Perm & C2H roles, ensuring that all steps are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Collaborate with recruiters to develop and execute tailored sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles.
- Ensure that candidate pipelines are managed effectively and efficiently, meeting client requirements and deadlines shortlist to clients.
Reporting and Analytics:
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, candidate quality, and client satisfaction.
- Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and improve the overall recruitment strategy.
- Provide insights to the leadership team on workforce planning and market trends.
Stakeholder and Candidate Communication:
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Serve as a liaison between the client, candidates, and internal teams to ensure a smooth hiring process
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Experience:
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in recruitment and in a delivery role, focusing on contract-to-hire positions.
- Experience working with a range of industries and clients, preferably in BFSI
Leadership Skills:
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a team of recruiters.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage internal teams and client relationships.
Recruitment Expertise:
- Deep understanding of the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes for both contract roles.
Client Relationship Management:
- Experience managing high-level client relationships, with the ability to understand client needs and deliver on expectations.
Analytical Skills:
- Ability to analyze data, derive insights, and adjust recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Experience with recruitment software (e.g., ATS, CRM) and reporting tools.
Negotiation Skills:
- Strong negotiation skills with candidates and clients, particularly around compensation, benefits, and contract terms.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred but not required).
Additional Requirements:

- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software (e.g., Lin kedIn Recruiter, Job Boards, etc.).
- Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
