Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Staffing Business Lead / Head to drive the growth and expansion of our staffing and recruitment business.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for business development, client acquisition, revenue growth, team leadership, and strategic planning across IT and/or Non-IT staffing services.
This role requires strong industry knowledge, proven leadership skills, and the ability to scale staffing operations in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Revenue Growth:
- Drive end-to-end business growth for staffing services (IT, Non-IT, Contract, Permanent, RPO, etc.
- Identify and acquire new clients across domestic and/or international markets.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and service agreements with clients.
- Develop strategic partnerships and alliances.
Client Relationship Management:
- Act as a senior point of contact for key and enterprise clients.
- Ensure high client satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.
- Understand client workforce needs and provide customized staffing solutions.
Team Leadership & Operations:
- Build, lead, mentor, and scale recruitment and sales teams.
- Set clear KPIs, performance metrics, and productivity benchmarks.
- Monitor delivery quality, TATs, compliance, and SLAs.
- Drive recruiter performance through training, motivation, and best practices.
Strategy & Planning:
- Define and execute short-term and long-term business strategies.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and hiring demands.
- Forecast revenue, headcount, and hiring volumes.
- Work closely with leadership on budgeting, expansion, and process improvements.
Process & Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with staffing contracts, labor laws, and statutory requirements.
- Optimize recruitment processes, ATS usage, and operational workflows.
- Maintain strong governance and reporting mechanisms.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Mandatory:
- 5+ years of experience in staffing/recruitment business, with leadership exposure.
- Proven track record in business development and revenue generation.
- Strong understanding of IT and/or Non-IT staffing models (Contract, Permanent, RPO).
- Experience in handling large clients and enterprise accounts.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage remote teams effectively.
Preferred:
- Experience working with US, Middle East, or APAC staffing markets.
- Exposure to scaling a staffing firm or launching new service lines.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Hands-on experience with ATS and CRM tools.
