- As an N2S Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our Fortune 500 accounts, understanding their staffing requirements, and ensuring the successful placement of qualified candidates.
- You will play a crucial role in building strong client relationships and contributing to the growth and success of N2S.
Location: Onsite from Noida.
Qualifications:
- Must have 7+ years of overall experience in the Staffing & Recruiting Industry and 3+ years of experience in account management role preferably with Pharma/ Life Sciences Clients.
- The ideal candidate must have started their career with hands-on recruiting and eventually moved up the ladder as an Account/Client Relationship Manager.
- Strong understanding of working with VMS and MSP based accounts.
- Any experience working with a Hybrid/Offshore delivery model will be a plus.
- Proven experience in staffing, recruiting & account management, supporting client/ MSP programs from a supplier side.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent reputation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Must be a self driven and highly motivated individual.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other relevant software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the single point of contact for our Fortune 500 clients.
- Build long-term client partnerships to understand their challenges and provide solution.
- Maximize market share with a client to make us their trusted staffing supplier.
- Qualify new job orders and work with the delivery lead for better coverage and support.
- Present candidates to Hiring Managers and follow up for feedback.
- Coordinate with Client to schedule candidate interviews and onboarding.
- Coordinate with recruiting team including screening, orientation, and placement of candidates.
- Use CRM/ATS (Job Diva) to manage activities.
- Conduct client visits to build rapport and to obtain critical information including, job descriptions, referrals, and business leads.
