Job Description: Staff Augmentation Manager (Non-IT) Prime Hire Inc

About the Role: Prime Hire Inc is looking for a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our Staff Augmentation (Non-IT) division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end client acquisition, business development, and service delivery across diverse sectors such as BFSI, Pharma, Manufacturing, Automotive, Retail, and Logistics. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep knowledge of workforce management and a strong ability to identify client needs, propose customized staffing solutions, and ensure exceptional service delivery. You will play a key role in driving business growth, enhancing client relationships, and ensuring that our staffing services align with market demands and organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:


- Identify and acquire new clients for Non-IT staff augmentation and workforce outsourcing services.

- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers, HR teams, and business heads.

- Understand client business models, manpower requirements, and workforce planning strategies to deliver tailored staffing solutions.

- Develop customized proposals and presentations based on client-specific needs and industry trends.

- Collaborate closely with internal recruitment, operations, and delivery teams to ensure seamless service execution and timely fulfillment of staffing requirements.

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and areas for expansion.

- Maintain strong communication channels with clients to ensure satisfaction, resolve issues proactively, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services.

- Track, analyze, and report key sales and client servicing metrics to management on a regular basis.

- Contribute to strategic initiatives aimed at improving service quality, operational efficiency, and client retention.

- Participate in business meetings, industry events, and networking activities to strengthen brand presence and generate new leads.

What Were Looking For:


- Proven experience in Non-IT staffing, client servicing, or business development within a recruitment or HR services organization.

- Strong understanding of staff augmentation models, workforce deployment, and contractual hiring processes.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with a consultative approach.

- Strong analytical ability to understand business challenges and translate them into staffing solutions.

- Proactive, target-oriented, and self-driven with the ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively.

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (MBA preferred).
