About the Role
We are seeking a Staff Analyst Sales Operations with strong expertise in revenue management, sales strategy, and business analytics. This high-visibility role will work closely with Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain teams and will involve weekly interactions with senior leadership (CXO level) to present business performance insights.
The position offers an opportunity to directly contribute to the organizations revenue growth strategy while gaining visibility at the highest leadership levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead revenue management and growth strategies in alignment with corporate goals.
- Collaborate with regional Sales leaders to maximize revenue and gross margins.
- Conduct detailed analysis of sales performance, demand/supply metrics, and highlight risks/opportunities.
- Deliver weekly executive reports and presentations to CXO-level stakeholders.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Pricing, Logistics) to drive business outcomes.
- Support strategic decision-making through forecasting, data analytics, and BI reporting.
Candidate Profile
- Education: B.Tech/Engineering (mandatory); MBA preferred.
- Academic Requirement: Minimum 60% throughout academics.
- Experience: 8 to 10 years in Sales Operations, Revenue Management, or Business Analytics.
- Advanced skills in Excel with exposure to BI tools (Tableau, QlikView, SQL, SFDC preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with prior CXO interaction exposure preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global environment.
