Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Marketing Manager located in Chandigarh.
The Senior Sales Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies, managing customer relationships, and working to expand the market presence of our products.
Everyday tasks will include market research, analysis of market trends, team management, overseeing sales performance, and collaboration with other departments to ensure alignment with company objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales and marketing strategies and implementation.
- Strong knowledge of market research and analysis.
- Excellent team management and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage customer relationships and understand customer needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in the electrical product industry is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Required Electrical experience in Retail marketing (Dealer & Distributor).
