Role Description:

- This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager located in Dehradun.

- The Branch Manager will manage daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, oversee staff performance, and meet financial objectives.

- Additional responsibilities include inventory management, sales strategy development, maintaining branch security, and fostering a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

- Experience in operational management and team leadership.

- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

- Strong financial acumen and budget management skills.

- Sales and marketing strategy development experience.

- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.

- Experience in the electrical products industry is a plus.
