Delivery Lead (10-15 yrs)

The Delivery Lead provides leadership to a multi-disciplinary team of specialists responsible for end-to-end technical delivery of a program of work.

What You Will Do:

- Lead, develop and motivate team members through coaching, mentoring, and performance management.

- Manage team activity prioritization and scope to achieve project targets and SLAs.

- Drive the removal of impediments during delivery to ensure project goals are met.

- Actively practice agile principles to improve sustainable delivery cycles.

- Evaluate business requests and system requirements to produce accurate delivery estimates.

- Ensure adherence to quality standards including architectural frameworks, design, code, and testing standards.

- Plan and coordinate the promotion of changes through Test and Production environments.

- Run daily stand-ups and manage Scrum/Kanban boards.

- Measure, monitor and report progress of analysis, development, and test activities.

What You Will Bring:

- Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent industry experience.

- 7+ years of technology experience.

- 3+ years in leading development and/or support teams.

- Detailed understanding of all stages of SDLC and the ITIL framework.

- Strong experience in Agile and Waterfall delivery.

- Experience in resource allocation, managing priorities, and managing different skills within a team.
